Customers who share feedback online regarding Estates Roofing Ltd (based on Spire Road in the Glover Industrial Estate, Washington, NE37) report an overwhelmingly high level of satisfaction. Across local review portals, industry aggregates, and platforms like Checkatrade—where they maintain near-perfect ratings (around 9.9/10 based on over 100 reviews)—they are consistently rated as one of the top roofing contractors in the Washington and Tyne & Wear area.

The primary themes across customer feedback include:

Professional Communication and Reassurance

A recurring compliment from customers is the company's clear and proactive communication from start to finish. Homeowners repeatedly note that staff keep them updated regularly on project timelines, start dates, and weather delays. Several reviewers who previously had negative experiences with untrustworthy contractors mentioned that the team went out of their way to make them feel comfortable and informed throughout.

High Workmanship Standards and Honoured Quotes

Clients frequently highlight the high standard of technical work across both pitched re-roofs and EPDM flat roof installations. A major point of trust noted in reviews is their honesty regarding pricing; on jobs where unexpected underlying issues or complications were uncovered during the project, customers noted that the company honoured their original fixed quote without trying to push sudden extra fees.

Punctuality, Tidiness, and Aftercare

Reviewers praise the work crew for being polite, hard-working, and respectful of domestic properties. A key highlight in reviews is that the lads clean up the work site at the end of every day rather than leaving debris behind. Furthermore, customers value the company's follow-up communication—noting that management routinely checks in after the job is completed to ensure the homeowner is completely satisfied with the finished result.

Repeat Business and Customer Loyalty

Because of their high standards, a significant number of reviewers identify themselves as repeat clients—hiring Estates Roofing again for additional jobs, such as extension or offshoot replacements, after having positive experiences with full main-roof replacements in the past.
